Banana & Grape Smoothie

Hello everyone,
You are just a few minutes and a blender away in making a healthy and fruity drink which is rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Dietary Fibers, and Potassium. This drink is delicious and filling.

Here goes the recipe: 

Banana  & Grape Smoothie

Super Healthy Drink!

Prep Time:2 Minutes
Blending Time: 2 - 3 Minutes
Total Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients :
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Seedless Green Grapes
  • 1-2 tbsp Brown Sugar or Honey
  • 1tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Ice –cubes as required

Method :
  • Place 2 glasses in the freezer to chill.
  • Combine the banana, yogurt ,grapes,brown sugar , lemon juice and ice cubes in ablender . Blend until smooth
  • Pour in chilled glasses and serve.
