Dahi(Yoghurt) Chicken Kebab

As we are gradually shifting towards the healthy diet, so we need to have food that’s healthy + tasty and rich in proteins and all other nutrients and most important thing are its made in less oil. This chicken recipe is so light and extremely easy to cook.

Dahi Chicken Kebab
Dahi(Yogurt) Chicken Kebab

Ingredients :

  • 500 gm Chicken Breast cubed (Boneless)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp  ground cumin
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 150 gm yogurt
  • Salt and pepper

For Serving:

  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 capsicum, julienned
  • Broken Lettuce leaves
  • Some Yogurt and chili flakes 


  • Prepare the marination for chicken in yogurt, all spices mentioned above and lemon juice for at least 20 minutes.
  • When ready start skewering the chicken, heat up the griddle pan until its Once hot add very little olive oil and place your kebabs on the pan and turn it often . This should take around 15 to 20 minutes. Now set aside to rest.
  • Serve it on a vegetable bed with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle of chili flakes.
