No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

In today’s hectic time we tend to skip our meals and sometimes even feel low in energy. So, I came across some energy bars recipe and did some variation of my own, hence, putting forth the super healthy, gluten-free, bake-free, sugar-free and extremely less caloric energy bars.

You can carry these in your zip lock bags to your workplace, colleges, schools and etc.

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Cool Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 ½ cup Oatmeal
  • Few drops of Vanilla Essence
  • Chocolate Chips as required 

Method :
  • In a saucepan, over medium –high heat, mix peanut butter and honey until melted.
  • Stir in the Vanilla Essence.
  • Remove from heat. While hot mix in the oatmeal.
  • Pour into a well greased baking dish lined with butter paper and distribute evenly. Garnish it with Choco Chips.
  • Place it in the refrigerator until firm.
  • Cut it into the square and Enjoy!
