Cabbage Soup

Cabbage Soup is one of its kind which is light and filling at the same time, it helps in losing weight and releases the toxins from the body. 
Due to the large content of Vitamin-C and sulfur present in it, which makes it an effective detoxifier.

Cabbage Soup

Cabbage Soup for weight loss!

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 – 35 Minutes
Total Time: 50 Minutes
Serves - 4

  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 Cups – Chopped Cabbage
  • 5-6 Cloves - Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Large – Chopped Onion
  • 5 Cups – Water
  • ½ Cup – Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Cornflour
  • 1 tsp – Crushed Black Pepper
  • Salt to Taste

  • Add butter, then put garlic, sauté it. Cook it until light brown.
  • Now add onions. Sauté it.
  • Add the chopped cabbage and cook it. When the cabbage is cooked well, add salt and black pepper.
  • Add 5 Cups water to it. Bring it to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 1 tbsp water. Boil for 5 Minutes.
  • Add milk and bring it to a boil and serve.
  • Garnish it with Crushed Black Pepper.
