Mexicana Chicken

Hello Everyone, 

The recipe that I am sharing with you all today is this sweet n tangy chicken and its taste will linger in your mouth for long. It's full of vegetables and rich in protein.

A dish that can be used as an appetizer as well as a main course dish.

 Mexicana Chicken

Yummy in Tummy- Mexicana Chicken!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients :
  • ½ kg Chicken Boneless Julienned
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Capsicum Julienned
  • 2 Tomatoes blanched and seed removed
  • ½ cup Sweet Corn
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Hot N Sweet Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Method :
  • Heat oil, add chopped garlic and julienned chicken, fry for 5 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now add onion, capsicum, sweet corn and lastly add tomato julienne. Stir well
  • Now add Tomato Ketchup, Hot N Sweet sauce, and  Vinegar, mix well and remove from heat.
